We’re looking for a Client Success Associate to manage relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and act as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams
- Handle client feedback, renewals, and upsells
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in account management or client support preferred
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
